After downloading the free survival guide from the Foundation fitness website, I decided to get booked in for some private coaching with mark. I can honestly say that this was the best decision I've made in years. Mark is an incredibly friendly chap and very knowledgable. His passion for health and fitness is highly contagious, which shows in the results I've seen so far. I am currently only half way through my programme, but am on track to reach my goals. I couldn't suggest working with mark enough and am looking forward to the continued coaching over the coming months.
Mark has been a rock for me getting back into shape. Since becoming a dad, i’d put on a few stone & was getting out of breath just running up the stairs. If you are looking to improve your fitness without the gym environment, this is the perfect class. Mark teaches a great range of stretches, weight-bearing and muscle-toning exercises all at an easy to follow pace. I have now attended a number of classes with Mark. I have found him to be a very polite, well mannered gentleman. He takes time in explaining the exercises he wants you to do in the workout and makes sure you have good technique. He is very knowledgeable in fitness and is happy to give advice whenever needed.
